Strategies for pushing through your 12pm desk job lunch time for a longer fast?

I have been fasting for over a year (usually 17:7 or 18:6) but have a hard time not having lunch to mark a break after the first half of the day. It is routine and breaks up the day and feels like a restful sigh of relief. Any tips or tricks for pushing through this to get to dinner time?

Working out when I get close to the end of my fast helps…if that’s not an option go get an aero press coffee maker and take the break to make a cup of black coffee…just the process of making it could help

If I really want to make to a time past 2 I do this 1) book a bunch of meetings during that time so I’m stuck - that’s a tough way to go! Or 2) order a really great lunch for delivery and schedule it for like 2:30 or something. Gives me something to look forward to. Then have a cup of decaf black coffee.

Before I started fasting clean I would have a cup of bone broth. Now I don’t do that, but if you’re just starting out some training wheels could help
