I really want to get into fasting for my mental health, but I can’t go even one day without strong nausea. This sub’s wiki says if you feel nauseous, you should just stop fasting. Is there really no chance for me?
You likely need to cut back on carbs and ease into fasting as you do. Obviously not 100% sure that’s the case but it’s what I’ve learned through experience as well as reading/watching info on fasting.
