Ok so admittedly I’ve only been at this since January 1. I’ve been doing a strict 16:8. If there’s progress, it’s mostly in my head. Making it through the fast has gotten easier and easier. But I’m trying to LOSE weight. I’ve actually GAINED a pound since I’ve started. What gives??
One pound in either direction is meaningless. Depending on your starting weight it can take longer than one week to see meaningful results. I’d stay off the scale and settle into a routine without too many expectations. It’s a lifestyle change.
