Struggling to get back on track

I had a great ride and was very successful for two months. I never felt better in my life. Then, I had a few problems after the Holidays and I can’t get back on track.

Unfortunately I’m a caretaker and don’t live alone. I don’t have much control over my environment. Not an excuse - just for informational purposes.

Any advice you have for getting through day 1, 2, or 3 would be greatly appreciated. I know If I get three good days in I’ll be in a strong position.

Answer

Always have a baseline. What is your goal IF protocol and what’s the “good enough” protocol where when you’re struggling you give yourself some grace?

Example: maybe OMAD is the goal but some days you struggle. Those days tell yourself you can eat more and maybe do 20:4 or 18:6. ALWAYS do IF - don’t stop. The next day pick up your goal protocol. Remember: you want progress and not perfection. 2 months is great. Make 2 more- you know you can 😁
