Hey all, so i’ve been having a hard time starting my fasting again. I’m experienced but it’s really hard. Does anybody have any sort of way they start fasting again after a long break?
I started on a 20/4 fast everyday with my 4 hour window starting at 15:00-19:00 gets tough around lunch but keep drinking water and I normally go for a walk just to distract myself. Once I’ve mastered this then will look at longer fasts but I’m on day 5 dropped 4lbs and blood sugars have dropped as well which is my main aim. So my advice is take small steps and break it down into smaller chunks ! Everyone win is a win no matter how small !
