I do 16:8. Started in July, 150lbs. I don’t exercise much, maybe a walk around the block once in a while. Had face gains, which was nice to see. Stumbled a bit during the holidays and once a month had a break when I had to do a long shift. What more do I need to do? Idk what else to describe so I’ll give more info if someone asks me.
Exercise. That significantly helped move the needle for me. My IF journey was always most successful when I was out playing hockey with the guys a few times a week. It doesn’t have to be everyday, but a few days a week really helped me.
Figure out how many total carbs you are eating each day, and cut it at least in half, if not one third. You’ll need to replace all those lost calories with something, so here comes the healthy fats to the rescue. Profit
