Hi everyone I have been working out and fasting almost everyday. I am down 20lbs but I have been stuck here awhile and I have started to gain. I have been under a lot of stress lately so I’ve been wondering if that’s why. I could use some advice I’ve been starting to get upset over my weight as well.
Congrats on your journey so far! Stress and poor sleep can really get in the way. Sounds like you have a lot going on - sometimes it’s good to just maintain! Once you’ve moved and set up a new routine, you can get back into it and see what small things you can change : )
