Stuck at the same weight

So I’ve been stuck at the same weight for about a week (fasting back to back all month) Currently about 100 hours into a fast and the numbers just aren’t moving.

Considering just eating for a day and recommencing to see if that fires things up again? I don’t really know where to go from here.

It’s a shame though. I’m not even hungry and food doesn’t even sound appealing right now.

From my personal experience there’s lots of things that could be at play.Have you taken measurements? Are you clothes getting looser? You’re most likely losing inches, don’t worry about the scale so much (also remember muscle ways more than fat, if you’ve been exercising you’ll be building muscle). Some people experience a “woosh”, where our bodies retain everything for a while and then suddenly let it go, and the scale will drop.Hormones are a huge factor, especially if you’re female. The first 2 weeks of my cycle I will lose quickly the last 2 it stalls, so I have to change my fasting and refeeds to give my hormones the balance they need. Our bodies learn fairly quick, so changing things up to keep it guessing will keep your metabolism up. I like to do low carb refeeds for a bit and then I carb cycle (the 3rd week of my cycle I carb up).Last, listen to your body! If you’re not hungry don’t eat, it will tell you when you need to.
