Sub 15 % body fat.

Im not really looking to go for 15% but looking to lower my bodyfat content sufficiently that my problem areas are under control (love handles and moobs).

I’ve been fasting for 3-5 months beginning at 6’0/183cm and 245lbs/111kg with a 20:4 regime, saw great results down to 220/100. Things slowed down so ive moved to 48s and more recently been doing rolling 72/96hr fasts for 2 weeks while away for work then 20:4 for 2 weeks while at home then repeat. Also been stepping up my exercise routine. I’m still making good progress losing around 1lbs - 0.5kg per week and currently at 202lbs/92kg.

I imagine in order to get rid of my problem areas i may need to get near or below 15% bodyfat as I’ve had these all my adult life, perhaps even lower than my GW but I’m finding it easy enough to lose the weight i figure i can put muscle mass back on once I’m leaned out completely.

If i maintain my current trajectory is it likely I’ll be able to at least be leaned out by end of August or perhaps on a muscle building regime, before then.

Answer

Here is some food for thought; the norm is that we want to lean out fist and then build up muscles but it is easier the other way around… The heavier you are, the easier it is to move heavy things. The easier it is to move heavy things the easier it is to build up muscle. You can put your current extra weight to a good use by building up the muscle now and drying up later.

The other way would still work
