Subreddit fan seeking advice, probably no good answer but thought I would try.

Big fan of this subreddit. I went from 290 to 225 over 6 months, have got back to 235 and stuck there past year. I want to fast most of the day, but my job sucks and so hard to work through the hunger. Caffeine used to be my savior, but tremors are no good with my work. Is there anything else that could provide any help to the hunger pains and low energy?

It depends on how hardcore of a faster you want to be. Some fasting methods allow for the consumption of 200-500 low glycemic index foods. Could stuff your belly with a head of iceberg lettuce for 100 calories lol. I’ve learned not to be too picky when fasting for weight loss.
