Answer

In general, energy drinks get a bad rap because many people tend to end up building caffeine tolerance and drinking multiple per day. High amounts of caffeine can be harmful to your heart. Otherwise, however, there doesn’t seem to be many red flags in the ingredients of the sugar free redbull, as long as you’re okay with the presence of aspartame, which is a potential carcinogen. Lots of B vitamins, which are water-soluble.

Answer

caffeine

At least on the caffeine front, the fda says you’re good. No idea about the other ingredients.

As for time of day it depends on your tolerance. I try not to drink anything caffeinated after 11 or 12 or it messes with my sleep. Usually just a cup of coffee or tea in the morning
