Sugar levels

I have been doing intermittent fasting since 7/10/22 and am still trying to get my bearings. After a couple days my body adjusted to the 16/8 and I easily do 18/6 most days. My ending time is consistent but depends on when I can get a lunch break with work. I have had a couple days though where I wake up and can feel my blood sugar is to low and find it hard to function. Thinking I’m missing the right balance in my second meal to get me through the fasting period. Any help much appreciated TIA!

I take my medications at night. Wonder if that contributes to the feeling. I’ve been tested for hypoglycemia before and it comes back low but has been managed well for years with better eating so hadn’t thought much about it until it started again
