So I’ve had fish roe, cod liver, beef liver and bone marrow but are here other foods from different cultures that are very nutritious? I love goods from different cultures because a lot of the time the foods aren’t talk about in the west and it’s often rich upper class people who eat them on daily
Id actually say lamb liver > Bovine liver. Other than that, Brazil Nuts are excellent for Selenium but watch you don’t over do it, crustaceans, raisins (or any dried fruit you like for Boron), fermented anything but personal preference high quality yogurt (full fat because its actually got nutritional value), then potatoes if you want a good starch
