For those of you who use them, how do you time fiber/prebiotics probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, antacids, etc. with your fast?
Also what are your tips and tricks for breaking the fast? (Particularly the ones that keep you out of the restroom, if you have a sensitive digestive system)
I usually take all my vitamins etc after my lunch when I break my fast. I find that’s the best approach for me as it gives my body more than enough time to break down everything. I also suggest trying to have an early dinner so food doesn’t sit in your stomach too long before you go to sleep. Hope this helps!
I don’t take fiber supplements often but when I had in the past, I took it before eating. Drank lots of water with this.
I drink probiotics a few minutes before I eat my first meal.
For my meal, i usually have some side salad with fruits and nuts and a yogurt-based dressing. Then my main dish varies day to day.

If I’m gonna be out all day, I skip the fiber supplement as it makes bathroom time unpredictable. I also stay away from heavy cream and milk when dining out.
