Answer

Anything necessary that isn’t covered by a multivitamin is going to only be found in food. Supplements aren’t meant to replace a healthy diet, they’re meant to supplement - add to or fill in the gaps

It only takes a couple weeks to retrain your tastes, you just have to be consistent

Answer

Like the others said, you can’t replace all the nutrients your body needs with supplements. They are what they say, they supplement your diet.

Start small. Your palette can change but it won’t happen overnight. You need to discover the ways you like foods cooked. Veggies in particular, not everyone likes them cooked the same way (roasted, steamed, raw, etc.). There are so many ways to cook veggies or “hide” them in meals. And healthy meals doesn’t mean they have to be boring or bland. Consider getting a meal kit to try out new foods. Take a beginning cooking class. Ask a friend to help you out.

I would start taking a Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 supplement. A good percentage of the American population is deficient in those 2 vitamins. 6% of American and UK humans younger than 60 are deficient in Vitamin B12. The study I cited below is a little old, but it showed 41.6% of the population is deficient in Vitamin D.

Answer

Supplements are for supplementing the diet. They are not substitutes for a poor diet. Most of them actually don’t be well absorbed in the body.

Just FYI, multivitamin may not be super helpful because your blood panels would give a more accurate definition of what you’re deficient in.

If you have the money cooking classes and recipe books may be worth the time. Your long-term health, skin, immune system will thank you for it.

Answer

Nothing. Most vitamins aren’t useful if you don’t already have a prerequisite vitamin or compound in your stomach when you take it. A lot are just hoaxy scams peddled to prey on the insecurities of the uninformed.

You have to just eat vegetables.
