I’d like to hear the supplements you guys use for fasting. I’m not going for strict no calorie so even any superfood powder to recommend is greatly appreciated
I started taking Vitamin D, Biotin and Iron because i was low on iron (checked with doctor) and my hair started to fall. it has been highly recommended in the community. Also upped my protein, veg and fat intake
I take magnesium, B12, vitamin d, and biotin every night before bed. I also add Lyte show with my water throughout the day.
