Lost 13 lbs on a 6-day dry fast and gained back 11 lbs over 5 days. I was not eating poorly.
Yeah… Tbh, after my 55hr dry fast and 88hr total fast, I rebounded harder than I had ever rebounded off of a straight water fast. For the first time, I experienced that whole “gain it back and then some” phenomenon. Within just a few days of refeeding.
I think it may be due to the massive spikes in cortisol that comes from extended dry fasting.
Not sure, but I’m gonna stick with much shorter 14-16hr dry fasts for now.
