Its been a long journey but I’ve finally reached my goal weight. I also do lazy Keto, workout 5 times week (mostly weights, very little cardio). I supplement with D3, 250 (g) protein per day, omega 3, and magnesium/zinc. Focusing now on body recomposition to help with loose skin.
