I’ve been on a 16:8 diet for a month now but I no longer feel hungry during the fasting window. I cannot go to gym for at least 2.5 months due to personal reasons. However I don’t want to gain weight and thus I’m planning to switch to OMAD or 20:4. Which one should I go for?
Whatever works for you. I would suggest 20:4 if you want to change it up. Open your window with a small snack (like maybe a high-protein yogurt, nuts and cheese, etc) and then have your full meal 1-2 hours later.
