Hey guys I have a question for experienced fasters. I don’t know where I read it, but i have in my mind that you should not dry fast, then wet fast and back to dry fast. What do you guys think of it? What’s your experience? Have you done it before? Thanks in advance. Yeah well have a nice fast :D
Look up Dr Sergei Filonov, always start with a dry fast and transition to wet if you plan on extending it. Never in reverse, wet to dry. Currently I’m at 18 hrs into a soft dry fast and I feel fine also did a light workout.
