No. A lot of these miracle addons to diets do absolutely nothing. There’s no diet pill or secret spice out there that changes the course of our metabolism.
But adding a brisk 20 minute walk will speed up the process more than anything. The more walks, the better.

I use cayenne because I love the flavor in miso or chicken Better than Bullion where I dissolve my electrolytes. But this is just anecdotal. I do have great success when I fast, esp when my stress is down, my work outs are consistent and my eating windows are in the AM, all of which I think are more important.
