Taking medication

I know that there is no practical answer to my dilemma, but I do want to vent.

I have to take a number of medications in the morning so, I have to drink something to get them down. Frustrating. The irony is that dry fasting would eliminate the need for at least some of them. I’ll have to stick to water fasting until I can dry fast. Just my rant.

Answer

I agree with electron girl. I take my medication with a small sip of water daily and continue to dry fast as usual. It’s not going to ruin anything in the long run. I also continue to take my sugar free keto vitamins daily during all types of fasting.

Answer

Or maybe drinking a sip of water doesn’t instantly turn your dry fast into a 100% water fast, because maybe things aren’t made of binary categories?Maybe what you call a “dilemma” is just a happy middle between 2 aspects of health. Just maybe.

And BTW, life is full of “if you want get rid of X, you still need some X first”.That’s how many things work.
