I have been doing the snake diet for about a month and i have lost 15 lbs so I an very happy with the results. My questions are as follows: -Why do I feel so thirsty after sipping snake juice all day? As far as I am concerned I have been properly using the salts to water ratio as per the last recipe.
-What did you do when you got to the last bit of belly fat that tends to be very stubborn?
-Is there any long term risk to the kidneys from doin this diet? Thanks!
Maybe you’re drinking less than you would regular water.
Are you sure you’re losing muscle mass. Carbs give you more muscle size so when they’re gone you will shrink a little in size and strength.

So long as you’re doing the juice properly there shouldn’t be any kidney effect except improved kidneys from the baking soda. Snake juice is basically concentrated Gatorade except without the sugar.
