Testosterone and longer fasts

As a man, I have a rather low Tesotosterone value and am therefore always a bit cautious.

Therefore, my question, how it behaves with the testosterone levels during a 3-7 day fast? I assume that it will get worse?

Is the value afterwards still worse or maybe better, because you lose fat?

(Libido is also important to me, because we are actually trying to have a child and testosterone is important).

The questions are just to gather more information. I am interested in the topic.

If you have any reliable studies on the subject, I would be very grateful.

Answer

To answer your original question: I think T levels will fall due to lack of calories. But should stabilize soon after you resume eating. Maybe values will even be higher due to fat loss, but I’m just hypothesizing. Are you getting good sleep? I’m interested in where your T values will be after some time icing.
