The app I use for fasting

Seen a lot of people asking about tracking fasting and what certain fasting windows does so I thought I’d share the app I use

It’s called Fastic and it really helps me stay motivated 😊

Stop Fasting Alone.

Get a private coach and accountability partner for daily check-in's and to help you reach your fasting goals. Any kind of fasting protocol is supported.

Answer

I use the free Version of Zero. After they’ve fixed the bug they recently had when it came to start and stop fasts it’s an ok app to use again. I don’t need anything fancy, just a timer.

Not that I wouldn’t have tried the Zero subscription for a while out of curiosity but for that sole purpose it was too expensive, even “on sale”, at least in the Eurozone.

Answer

I love Simple. I don’t pay for it because of the weird pricing model (12 weeks or a year?) ,but it has great tips and makes fasting more interactive for me. I think Zero and Fastic are good in their own, but Fastic doesn’t have Apple Watch support and Zero is a pretty basic timer in it’s core if you don’t pay.
