The best diet for dry faster OMAD who hit the gym

As it appears in the title

I want to know what’s the best diet to a person who hit the gym for lifting and fast omad on regular basis ?

I think vegan is a hard for a person who fast

On my personal experiences I made it with keto and carnivore it went fine for a while

Definitely doable on a vegan diet. I’ve done it in the past but it’s not really necessary on a high carb low fat diet. My normal day consists of fruit (mainly bananas) rice, pasta, sugar, etc. I stay at 10g of fat a day. Some will gain weight at first on HCLF if you have a lot of issues w lymphatic stagnation and stuff like that. But, then the weight will fall off and stay off.

Your glycogen stores will always be topped off for your fasted works out from the night before.. I can’t imagine eating all that fat/protien and then trying to get up at 5am for the gym and be productive… I spring outta bed now, rested and ready for a workout.

I may start doing a monthly 72 hr DF though just for maintenance.
