Would like your opinion on what would be the most effective diet practices and habits to implement in someone’s life?
Something like eating more veggies, some low-hanging fruits that most people have about their diet that would make a huge difference on their long-term health and body composition.
Don’t drink alcohol. Calorically, a beer is essentially a granola bar. A 12oz lite one being more like a tiny Quaker bar and a 16oz lager, for example is like a cliff bar. Once you think about drink glasses stacking up like granola bar wrappers you can really get a feel for just how much carbs you’re taking in when drinking. Besides, drinking spikes your blood sugar leaving you hungrier the next morning once it leaves your system and when drinking you have less impulse control for tempting foods.
