I take a B12 and Fiber pill in the morning, and I thought I was taking them everyday but I realized that both have 2-5 calories. Should I start taking them in the afternoon during my window?
Such a tiny amount will cost you a minute or two of fasting, it isn’t a big deal. I doubt you’ll notice any difference either way. The main benefit of fasting is from only eating what you can fit into one meal, thus limiting calories without having to count or plan meals out.
However, do consider if it will upset your stomach. I can’t take any pills on a empty stomach without upsetting it, so i take it during my window.
I had to switch to taking my vitamins during my eating window not because of the calories so much but because taking vitamins on an empty stomach made me sick. Sometimes it’s best to take them with food anyway.
