Stevia is the first that comes to mind as an ingredient for added sugar types. Personally I sweeten my desserts with ground cinnamon, cacao powder, but mostly with honey. I also eat an insane amount of fruit so I get plenty of natural sugar. You can also sweeten dishes with fruits. Zesting an orange peel can add a nice flavor to things. I’ve abandoned anything with added sugar on a Mediterranean diet as high processed foods were messing with my esophagus. Honey and fruit is king for me.
