I would do an analysis of what you’ve been doing the last few months to see where you can improve.
I’m plateaued for about a month but, after taking a close lok, realize my activity level has dropped with the cold weather blowing in. So I need to get my activity level back up again. I’ve also been eating a bit too much, so need to get that under control.
Everyone’s answers will be different, and you likely already have the answer if you look closely.
Change one thing this week and see what it changes. Then repeat. As we lose weight, what worked before may not work again.
