I’ve been eating bacon with peanut butter, small salads with tons of oil-based dressing, pickles, deviled eggs with a ton of mayo in the mix, and cream cheese with a little fruit preserve mixed in.
Twice a day I kick back half a cup of water with 1/8 tsp of pink salt and potassium chloride.
Overall I feel perfectly fine, the scale is downward trending FAST and the pee sticks are as purple as they get.
