It sounds weird because I know fasting is a good thing but when someone bulks, can they use fasting to loose the excess weight quickly? Or, say, for example, if someone is working out often and is pretty close to their “goal” weight, can they just fast until say they cut that final 10 pounds? I’m curious on you guys’ thoughts?
There is dirty fasting- where you can have 0 calorie sodas and liquids. Diet Coke, diet lemonade, etc.
Some people don’t like it because insulin spikes but for me a large diet Dr Pepper with energy and vanilla mix in at Kum and go will last me a day without food and makes me not miserable with cravings and yields a great weight loss.
