Is that a bad idea? And would I lose the same weight as if I’d kept dry fasting a couple days longer?
The books are very clear not to go from water fasting to dry fasting. Dry to wet is OK.
I read that most weight is lost in the first 2 days while dry fasting. That is my experience.
When I dry fast, I lose 5 pounds each day for the first 2 days. I did one 3 day round and only lost 2 pounds on the 3rd day. So I’m fasting 2 days a week.
You should do DF ( as long as you want/need/can ) then Water Fastling ( as long as you want/need/can ) with electrolytes replenish ( take a look at snake juice ) and then go for a complete reseed for a sustainable and healthy repeatability
