I’ve been deprived for a couple of days which causes my face to look fatter and rounder. I’m thinking of fasting and getting lots of sleep, how long do you think it will take to burn my face fat with fasting?
Idk exactly what you’re looking for or your particular health issues. You may want to try a full-on lifestyle change. A keto + intermittent fasting is lifechanging but requires full commitment.

I have noticed that I ALWAYS seem to lose fat top down. I notice a little bit in my cheeks and then my shoulders and upper arms, my bust size starts to shrink about the same time as hip and tummy fat. Lower body is hardest and last to go for me. It isn’t really spot reducing but it does tend to have a pattern. Though I want to be careful with general statements because we all differ.
