I’m on another fast, dirty water but just green tea’s and the odd black coffee and water.
When I first did a 7 day fast, I was on day 6 and went into a cold bath and had this strange pulsating feeling right above my nose in between my eyes.
I’ve done a number of fasts since,and had nothing. However this time I’m getting those feelings every time I get angry about something or excited about something. For a period after, I have this pulsating feeling and then it goes away.
I’m not really “spiritual” per se, and had no idea what chakras were until I told my friend about this and he explained that this is where your third eye is.
Just wondering has anyone had this experience while fasting? And what are your thoughts?

It’s hard to tell. The third eye chakra is not just new age superstition.
If you go to an acupuncturist they will work with your meridians which are the same as your chakras.
There is so much that I have not understood that I’ve learned about myself when going on long fasts. Spiritual lessons abound so try to open yourself to learning about every dimension that makes up who you are.
Because when you are fasting you are clear.
