This weeks death fasting data

Once again I am here to share my data from this weekends death fast. I had to cut this one somewhat short as I had a prearranged event with my family. The results are still pretty good though I think.

9/4/2021–> 225>220.8 Did 3 sweat sessions today. each session was 30-45 mins. Broke with snake juice and some caffeine free diet soda.

9/5/2021–> 221.1>219.2 Due to my wife working tomorrow i will be breaking early today but I will do it again through Monday.

9/6/2021–> 223.2 I ate quite a bit yesterday. Broke the fast around noon and ate until the evening. Even finished off the day with a huge bowl of raisin bran and a protein shake.

So almost a two pound net. I probably still have alot of the food in me from yesterday adding to the weight.

Yes the idea on death fasting is you want to sweat out as much water as possible during a 24-hour. But out that way your body’s constantly having to replenish that water using your body fat. I start on a Friday evening usually and break some time on Sunday. I had to break earlier than usual this time because of a family function.
