I’ve done some limited fasting (72hr was my longest) in the past, and now I’m going to see how a 48hr fast will go to determine if it may be something beneficial to do every week.
So I’m wondering for those who have done this somewhat longish term how it went for them. What benefits did you gain from fasting this way regularly, and what difficulties did you find along the way?

I find it harder to do 48s twice, instead of one 72-96. Between 14-48 hours of fasting I experience the most hunger, so I want to go through those hours as little as possible. After 50 hours its a walk in the park to go longer.
