I have been doing OMAD for about 11 weeks. It has been amazing physically (weight loss, energy) and mentally (discipline, loss of cravings, alertness).
I am 27F, 4’11, 134 lbs. I started OMAD and 1 hr daily workouts on September 12, 2022 at 159 lbs.
As a result of my size, my weight loss can be slow. I have been incorporating 3 day water fasts to keep my weight loss momentum.
If you do IF with a goal of weight loss, how often do you integrate extended water fasts? For example, is one 3 day fast a week advisable? Due to OMAD, I often don’t feel hungry all day so it wouldn’t be difficult.
I appreciate anyone that shares their experiences, pros and cons!

Maybe ask over at r/petitefitness? I’m the same height, and I have lost 14lbs in the last similar time frame with 16:8 to be honest. I just wonder how you are ensuring all your nutrients as us smaller folks. 25lbs in 11weeks is pretty fast, so I’m not sure why you want to do 3 day water fasts on top of it. Along with exercise, it sounds very stressful on the small body tbh.
