I have successfully fasted 20 hours a day for a week, and I feel much better! I am very happy with it, but the weekends are causing me issue.
My son is young, and I don’t want to introduce any ideas of food restrictions right now. I don’t want to debate it, hes not even 2, and I just don’t think any food restrictions should cross his mind. On week days he is at daycare and it’s not a big deal to fast during the day.
Can I just fast 5 days a week and then be careful not to binge on the weekend? What does everyone think?
i’m doing that now and in my head it makes sense because the 2 cheat days reset your metabolism for the next week. You’ll gain weight on those days but so long as you don’t go too crazy you’ll still average a loss over the month.
