Since my last post I’ve tried to chill out with fasting in general and I’ve been water fasting a bit too and I think I’m ready to start dry fasting again on a schedule :) please tell me your thoughts regarding anything!! (Time, weight loss, sustainability etc)
I’m curious those who are already at goal weight, 2 x a week for healing and autophagy great. But you would continue on shedding so much weight. Do you have to eat double-daily calories on non-fasting days to maintain? I cannot imagine anyone can eat that much ongoing unless you load up on McDonalds or junk or eat slabs of (to be healthy :)) grass fed butter or jars of ghee. For those who are doing that what is your secret? Also, do you follow proper protocols do break it or just go straight for the New York strip?
