I want to go back to fasting. Unfortunately, the current situation is not optimal (winter and COVID). As a not vaccinated yet, I wanted to try a 3 days fast then one day normal feeding day.
That way I guess I still will get the benefits of fasting without too many drawbacks (cold feeling, dizziness, …) as I also will add potassium, magnesium supplements to my daily diet.
Thoughts on it?
It’s my favorite way to lose weight….very tough to get back to once you get out of the pattern. I did a seven hour window (12-7) on every Third day. Lose weight easily and quickly, eat whatever you want….just not very often!
