any thoughts? i saw a guy on here who did 5 day fasts with 3 days of eating then repeating and lost like 50 pounds in like 2 months or something.
I had absurd results with doing a mix of 5:2 and rolling 72hs in the past.
I lost 32kg in 3 months with almost zero effort.
It was kinda hard in the beginning but after I got used to it, a breeze. The refeeds, especially for 5:2, were unrestricted (i’d say almost binges..) but very disciplined in the sense that once the sunday was over, back to fasting.
Weight loss was linear pretty much all the fasted time, with big spikes back up after feasts, as expected.
