Id go with the fizzy without the sugary taste. I think it really helps to reprogram yourself away from the constant need to feel and taste sugar. I used to be huge on these kind of drinks and it did not serve me. It was a way to feed my sugar addiction and ultimately was not helping. I use just the water now and i love it. Good luck!
