Thoughts on this dry fasted workout plan

I’m currently on a 5 day dry fast that ends on Sunday. After that I’ll be water fasting for 2-3 days before refeeding.

My thoughts going forward is to do a 2 meal a day carnivore feeding with water between the meals, then a dry fast the following day, then the next day after that do a heavy weights workout dry early AM, then the 2 carnivore meals starting at lunch time with the water in between again. And keep up this every other day cycle. My thoughts are that I’d been in deep ketosis most of the time and my HGH levels would be extremely high when I work out. I figured this also keeps me dry fasted at least 40 hours 3x per week.

Yeah, I’ve been playing around with this sort of thing. I just have one main carnivore meal and try to rehydrate a few hours before that meal with broth or water. Currently, I think as long as you rehydrate well during the allotted times, it’s possibly sustainable. Incorporating an occasional hydration/wetfast day in place of a DF day is also an option that could help sustain the general schedule.
