TIME FOR A GLOWUP!!!!!

I’m gonna do an 18 day waterfast from from 14 Nov to 1 Dec. I am so tired of my sudden weight gain and its gotten me depressed, unmotivated and lazy.

Every morning I wake up, I feel disgusted and trapped in a body that I do not belong in.

I gained 8kg in 2 weeks due to binge eating a few months back and have not been able to drop the weight ever since. I am tired of this weight( literally) put on me and its time to put a stop to this. Right now.

I want my rocking body and health back. Most importantly, I want my life back. Its time I change things around and start living a healthier lifestyle. I am going to rise from the dead. Yes I will!

Good luck! I did a 30 day water fast about 9 months ago and have manages to keep the weight off by doing the keto diet after. I didn’t supplement and in return I was very weak. I actually could’ve kept going but I had to start working and I couldn’t deal. I want to try to do another round but this time I will make my ketorade and maybe that will help with the weakness.
