Time restricted eating question

Long time lurker, first post so bear with me.

I have been doing time restricted eating, 16 hour fast, 6 days a week, cheat on Saturday. I have kept close track. I went from 265, heavy weight lifter, 10 mins of cardio 4 times a week, already in decent shape.

It’s been about 2 and a half months, I feel awesome, haven’t lost, maybe gained strength and doubled my cardio output. I’m down to a lean 235 with a six pack and everything.

My question is when do I stop? How do I switch back to a bulking phase but keep doing this? Can I ever try to gain again?

Also I think I’m losing so much weight because I become very full in my window.

As far as I know if you wanna bulk just quit fasting for the duration of the build then switch back to your fasting routine. Unless you are willing to eat a lot at once in your 8 hr feeding period.
