Time Zone Changes

So, I love to fast. I do it so often it doesn’t really phase me when I go 24 hrs or more without eating.

My question is though, I fly a lot so I’m switching time zones constantly. Should I always go by my time zone at home or where I’m at in that moment. I’ve been going back and forth with myself for awhile about it.

Just curious about opinions.

Answer

There is research that says that fasting from when you leave and then eating at ‘breakfast’ time in your new time zone can reset your body clock to get you on that time/minimize jet lag.Not exactly answering your question - but leans toward saying go with your new time zone.
