i’ve done some fasting here and there and i would usually go for about 48 hours max cause i would give in to the temptations and break the fast but i’m looking to fast for a lot longer to lose weight over the next couple weeks any tips?
You don’t need to leap too far, but try to get over the 48hr hump to start and make it to 72. If you can do a couple of those, try to push it another day.
Rolling 72’s are a sweet spot for me. I only eat dinner when I break and roll right into the next fast when I’m done.
This past week, I was aiming for a full 7 days and made jt 4. This coming week, my plan is 72, 48, 48, eating dinner Wed, Fri and Sun. I should be able to lose 5-7lbs over the course of the week.
