Tips anyone?

I am going for 18-day extended fast. Can you guys give me what is the most effective and acceptable exercise/s for this prolonged fasting? Thank you, everyone!

I’d say walking and restorative yoga (stretching). Day 1-2 are easy and you can do more intense workouts, but from my experience the physical weakness starts around day 3 and it’s not as easy, so walking and yoga have always been a great choice, very enjoyable too.
