Hi. Often a few days in I feel the hunger kick in. Any tips for how to keep that “full” feeling flowing through the following 20 hours after the 4 hour eating window?

It’s important what you eat during your eating window. Protein, good fat, whole foods, complex carbs, and fibre will keep you sated. Plenty of water during the whole day and electrolytes during fasting window.
